Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to be delighted with your jewelry purchase. Unlike most jewelers that do custom work, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 15 business days, and we will work something out. Merchandise can be returned for a refund or an exchange. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
Warranties
Our jewelry is held to the highest quality standards we have learned. Every piece is inspected and checked over thoroughly to ensure quality. Every item comes with a signed certificate and most items are also marked by the maker. Although some items due to their nature cannot be marked. Nothing is mass-produced; each item is handcrafted & handmade, and no two are the same—making it as unique as you! Modest irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics visible or otherwise are unique and individual to each item and these characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item and should not be considered a defect.
General Workmanship Warranty (12 Months): We guarantee against all defects in material or workmanship. So if your jewelry breaks due to a material or workmanship error we will repair or replace it, all without charge. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear and all damage caused by abuse. We will repair or replace at our discretion, depending on which is most feasible.

Ethical & Environmental Policy
No Conflict Diamonds
We are committed to sourcing diamonds that have an ethically and honest background, giving you confidence in the diamonds you purchase. We believe it is completely unacceptable to tolerate conflict diamonds and/or human suffering in any way and we fully support the Kimberley Process. All rough and polished diamonds sourced/sold by us comply with the Kimberley Process. The Kimberley Process ensures that rough diamonds are:
• Exported and imported with a government validated Kimberly Process certificate stating the diamonds are conflict-free.
• Transported between signatory countries in a sealed and tamper-proof container.
• Sold with a statement from the seller (known as a warranty) on all invoices guaranteeing that the diamonds being sold are conflict-free.
Honest Gemstones
As a natural resource, gemstones can be found almost anywhere and are exchanged too frequently to keep an absolute accurate account of their exact origin. However, we use several practices to ensure the integrity of the stones we source. For example:
• Suppliers must make sure certain socially responsible practices are being followed within their supply lines.
• Suppliers have compliance with the US Patriot Act.
Recycled Metals
Most of the nontraditional metals we use in our jewelry are of recycled content. All of our unconventional metals are almost 100% repeatedly recyclable without quality degradation in most cases. Some metals are sadly just not always available from recycled sources because such sources are not readily available. But those metals typically only account for a fraction of the metals we use to make your jewelry items. Please visit our nontraditional metals info page to learn more about the unique metals we use and the histories of them.
